NBME retired **Forms 7 and 8 on November 4, 2026**. Both remain available in our predictor, with dated retirement notices, so you can continue recording earlier results and reviewing your full assessment history.

Release, retirement, and support dates

Forms **9 and 10** remain available, and previously retired Forms **5 and 6** remain supported with their existing **January 13, 2026** retirement notices. The website predictor now includes OB-GYN Forms **5 through 12**.
Add your Form 11 or Form 12 result
- Open the **Score Predictor** on the website and choose **USMLE & NBME Clinical Shelf Exams**.
- Select **Clinical Shelf Score Prediction**, then **OB-GYN**.
- Add or confirm your target shelf exam date.
- Choose **+ Add CMS score**, then select **OB-GYN Form 11** or **OB-GYN Form 12**. Each displays its November 4, 2026 release date.
- Enter your **CMS Form EPC** and the date you took the assessment, then save.
Your result joins your saved CMS history and progress graph. With a target exam date set, the predictor uses your CMS results to estimate your shelf EPC, giving more weight to recent assessments.
Use the EPC value for the **CMS Form EPC** field. If your official report presents a different assessment scale, consult its score interpretation guide for the corresponding approximate subject-exam score before entering it.
Keep your earlier OB-GYN scores
The retirement of Forms 7 and 8 does not remove them from CoreStepPrep. You can still select either form, add a result from an earlier assessment, edit a saved score, and include it in your history and prediction. Each retired form displays its retirement date directly on its selector button, just as newer forms display their release dates.
