NBME Emergency Medicine Form 4 Score Predictor

CoreStepPrep now supports NBME Emergency Medicine Form 4 in its free shelf score predictor, while keeping retired Form 1 available for past results.

CoreStepPrep has updated its Emergency Medicine Clinical Science Mastery Series catalog for the August 18, 2026 form change: **Emergency Medicine Form 4** is now supported, while **Emergency Medicine Form 1** is marked retired and remains available for historical prediction.

That means your Emergency Medicine assessment history can stay complete as the available NBME form lineup changes. New Form 4 results and older Form 1 results can both contribute to the same longitudinal prediction, with the release and retirement dates clearly identified in the predictor.

What changed on August 18, 2026

The update is straightforward:

Form 4 is labeled with its August 18 release date. Form 1 remains selectable and is marked **Retired NBME form**, with an August 18, 2026 retirement notice, so you can tell current and retired forms apart without losing past data.

Emergency Medicine Form 4 support is live

To add the new form, open the free CoreStepPrep Score Predictor, choose the USMLE and NBME Clinical Shelf Exams section, and select Emergency Medicine. When you add a CMS score, Emergency Medicine Form 4 is now part of the form list.

Enter the EPC from your score report and the date you completed the assessment. CoreStepPrep then incorporates that result into your Emergency Medicine shelf prediction and progress view alongside your other saved CMS forms.
