To add your score:
- Open the **Score Predictor** and choose **Step 1**.
- Select **Add Assessment**, then **NBME CBSSA**.
- Choose **CBSSA 34**, enter the **equated percent correct (EPC)** from your NBME score report, and add the date you took the assessment.
- Save the result to include it in your prediction.
Use the EPC reported by NBME. It is the score input used for current CBSSA forms in CoreStepPrep, so Form 34 fits naturally alongside your existing results.
Forms 26 and 27 are retired—and your results still count
NBME CBSSA Forms 26 and 27 were retired on **September 17, 2026**. We have added the retirement date to both forms while keeping them available in the predictor.
Already took one of those forms? You can still enter it, retain your saved result, and use it as part of your assessment history. There is no need to remove earlier scores when you add Form 34.
The form selector clearly identifies **Form 34 as released September 17, 2026** and **Forms 26 and 27 as retired September 17, 2026**, making it easier to distinguish newer assessments from historical results.
