Neurology CMS Forms 10 & 11: Free Score Predictor

**CoreStepPrep's free website score predictor now supports Clinical Neurology CMS Forms 10 and 11.** NBME released the two new forms on **October 21, 2026**, and retired Forms **6 and 7** on the same date.
You can add your new results to your Neurology shelf history, review them alongside earlier assessments, and update your estimated shelf EPC.

Add your Form 10 or Form 11 result
- Open the **Score Predictor** on the website and choose **USMLE & NBME Clinical Shelf Exams**.
- Select **Clinical Shelf Score Prediction**, then **Neurology**.
- Add or confirm your target shelf exam date.
- Choose **+ Add CMS score**, then select **Clinical Neurology Form 10** or **Clinical Neurology Form 11**.
- Enter your **CMS Form EPC** and the date you took the assessment, then save.
Your result joins your saved CMS history and progress graph. With a target exam date set, the predictor uses your CMS results to estimate your shelf EPC, giving more weight to recent assessments.
Enter the EPC value in the **CMS Form EPC** field. If your official report uses a different assessment scale, consult its score interpretation guide for the corresponding approximate subject-exam score before entering it.
Retired Forms 6 and 7 stay supported
Clinical Neurology Forms **6 and 7** remain selectable, with notices showing their **October 21, 2026** retirement date. You can still enter earlier results, edit saved scores, and include those assessments in your history and prediction.
Form **5** also remains supported with its existing **January 13, 2026** retirement notice. Forms **8 and 9** remain available. The website now supports Clinical Neurology Forms **5 through 11**.
Your existing scores stay in place. New forms give you more options for recording your preparation without removing your earlier work.
